Miniature soldering iron to BS3456 (2.14) utilising double shaft construction principle. Inner ceramic shaft with outer stainless steel shaft gives near perfect insulation and reduces current leakage less than 2 uA. Supplied with 2.3 mm bit. Available in 230VAC 115VAC or 24VAC/DC models. 230V model available with either standard PVC cable or with heat-resistant silicon cable and fitted 13A mains plug to BS1363A. 24V model available with either PVC cable or heat-resistant silicon cable (optional silicon cable & mini power plug for use with Antex 24V power supplies - Order code 845-141 or 845-043). Operating tip temp: 390°C.
